Most personalized items ship within 2-3 business days. Engraved items like desk nameplates and leather key fobs may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
For custom text items like mugs and desk signs, we can send a digital proof upon request. Just add a note at checkout or email us after placing your order. For engraved items, proofs are available for an additional fee.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take packaging seriously, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
